Orange knowledge programme Scholarship presents a genuine opportunity to study in Holland. However, this scholarship will hold in all the  Universities in the Netherlands. This scholarship is a 5 years programme initiated and funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. That is to say, the scholarship is funded in partnership with Netherlands Government and managed by Nuffic, for other 31 countries.

The aim and purpose of the Orange knowledge programme scholarship are to fund individuals and mid-career professionals in the tertiary, vocational and job-related programmes in the economics of their country. Orange knowledge programme Scholarship seals all costs of living, tuition fees, visa, thesis research and security and the scholarship holder continues to receive grants/salary during the scholarship period. Also about € 700* to € 1.350* for a visa depending on the country, is arranged by the UM international Service Desk, and € 32* per day in the Netherland is paid to students by the UM International Service Desk.

Over the years Orange knowledge Scholarship has so many notable prominent and philanthropic personnel who provide funds and manage the scholarship. Therefore, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherland Government provides funds and the scholarship is managed by Nuffic.

Application Procedure for Orange knowledge programme Scholarship

  • All application is expected to visit the Dutch education institution website and select a course and how to apply for the scholarship. using the filter ‘OKP qualified – Yes’. You can also find the contact details of the institutions there.

The applicant for Orange knowledge programme Scholarship is expected to upload the necessary document

  • One copy of a valid passport
  • Recommendation from your employer( please see OKP format)

There are 3 sections of application rounds for individual scholarships.

  • Round 1: 3 February-23 March 2021 (for courses starting between 26 July and 21 November 2021)
  • Round 2: 12 May-29 June 2021 (for Short Courses starting between 22 November 2021 and 20 February 2022)
  • Round 3: 1 September-12 October 2021 (for Short Courses starting on or after 21 February 2022 and ending before 31 August 2022)
