The Rotary Peace Fellowship 2022

Rotary Peace Fellowship For Masters and Professional Program is an annual event in which Rotary selects 130 peace and dedicated development leaders from around the world. Similarly, Successful candidates receive a fully funded academic fellowship to pursue either Masters’s or Professional Development Certificate Program.  On the other hand, the course must be related to peace and conflict resolution and prevention at one of the participating peace centres (USA, Japan, UK, Australia, Sweden, Thailand, and Uganda). Consequently, Rotary Peace Fellowship is designed for leaders with work experience in peace and development. Our fellows are committed to community and international service and the pursuit of peace. Our aim at Scholarship Venue is to bring to your notice the current scholarship and the necessary information you need to scale through the application. Rotary Peace Fellowship: History

The Rotary Peace Fellowship for both Master and Professional Programs is currently held at the following institutions and countries. Therefore, you must be applying to one of these institutions.

  • Duke University and University of North Carolina
  • International Christian University, Japan
  • University of Bradford, England
  • University of Queensland, Australia
  • Uppsala University, Sweden
  • Chulalongkorn University, Thailand
  • Makerere University, Uganda

Rotary Peace Fellowship Value and Inclusion (s)

Rotary Peace Fellowship Covers:

  • Tuition and fees
  • Room and board
  • Round-trip transportation
  • Internship/field study expenses.

Duration of Scholarship: 15 to 24 months

 Types of Rotary Peace Fellowship

  • Masters

Rotary offers master’s degree fellowships at premier universities in fields related to peace and conflict prevention and resolution. In addition, to the scholarship, the Programs will last for 15 to 24 months and it requires a practical internship of two to three months during the academic break.

  • Professional development certificate

This is for experienced professionals working in peace-related fields, therefore, successful candidates have the opportunity to enhance their professional skills. Similarly, Rotary Peace offers a three-month program in peace and conflict prevention and resolution.

Eligibility Criteria For Rotary Peace Fellowship Masters And Professional programme

  • Be proficient in English
  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  •  A strong commitment to cross-cultural understanding and peace as shown through professional and academic achievements and personal or community service
  • Possess leadership potential.
  • Have at least three years of full-time experience in peace or development work

Rotary Peace Fellowship Application

We are now accepting applications for the 2021-22 Rotary Peace Fellowship program.

Candidates have until 15 May to submit online applications to The Rotary Foundation. likewise, districts must submit their endorsement decisions to The Rotary Foundation by 1 July.
